labs copy says to use shift-alt but when the rollout ends, people will be kicked out. keyboard shortcut will change in bug 1962297 but could be nice to keep matching up with the behavior described in labs
also, when the labs rollout ends, because it's a setPref feature variable, the feature will be disabled, so somehow keeping the feature enabled would be good. but also avoid potential problems of preventing the user from disabling the feature. maybe set a pref enabledFromLabs if still enrolled then set restoredFromLabs when reenabling after unenrolling to avoid repeat enabling?

Detect labs enrollment to keep enabled once and keep shift-alt shortcut with legacy prefs. Support prefs like chatbot.
