Josh - I do not think you need to be dependent on bug 1039739 being present to get gaia commits. To my understanding, gaia commits are also listed in sources.xml of a build, so bug 1039739 is not a blocker here.

Asking for a regression window since bug 1039739 is not a blocker to getting gaia commits for a window.
